Hobbs meter

I have a 1973 337G model with a hobbs not working. It looks like there is a oil pressure switch to activate the meter in the radio bay. Is this correct or not? Is there any other switch that activates the hobbs meter in this system. I can not locate any switch that is activated by airflow on this model.

Under the left wing there is a lever that looks like the lever from a stall warning switch. It is the Hobbs switch, turning it on when the speed is above ~ 40 MPH. The lever or the switch sometimes breaks and the Hobbs never turns on. There is another thread about a month old where I indicate what switch/lever to buy.
